Online training for APOM members is available through Element K. APOM chose Element K because of their diverse online course offerings, their online reference books that are included with many of their libraries, the testing that is included with many of their courses, their administration tools, and Element K's experience and reputation for offering high quality products. Element K has a 20-year heritage of understanding how adults learn and is a pioneer in the e-Learning revolution, unlocking the knowledge of individuals in the work force and driving value for your organization. Training is available and is purchased in "libraries". Each library includes numerous courses and students may study any or all of the courses in a library. Courses are either self paced or online instructor led. Access to classes in each library is valid for an entire year following purchase. In order for your progress and testing to be incorporated into APOM's future
certification program, training must be purchased through APOM. APOM will
administer its office management training program using Element K's online
administration tools and will ultimately build a certification program around the courses and
