• Sign up online
  Submit your membership information online and choose to receive an electronic invoice or pay by credit card.  Payment by credit card gives you immediate access to APOM's Member Portal.
   
• Sign up by mail or fax
  Complete our membership form* and mail it in along with your payment (or fax it with your payment information).  Your account will be activated when your payment is processed.
   
• Group membership information
  Group discounts available.
   
• APOM's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is:  54-2077240

Vendors and sales people

• Vendor Business Membership
  Vendor Business members enjoy many services that are included with their membership - from posting special offers and coupons on APOM's website to offering an unlimited quantity of free one-year APOM memberships to their customers and prospects.  Vendor Business Memberships are available for free to vendors offering APOM members a special discount or coupon.
