AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THIS

1. APOM's website is for personal use only. You may use
this site for your own personal use or your organization's internal use
only. You may not use a spider or other automatic device or process to
monitor or copy APOM's website or content without APOM's prior written

IN APOM's WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY ERRORS IN OR
OMISSIONS THEREFROM; (C) THE UNAVAILABILITY OF APOM's WEBSITE OR ANY
PORTION THEREOF; (D) YOUR USE OF APOM's WEBSITE; OR (E) YOUR USE OF ANY
SOFTWARE IN CONNECTION WITH APOM's WEBSITE.
7. APOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS,
INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE
OF APOM'S WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON APOM'S WEBSITE. APOM SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR
ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE APOM'S WEBSITE
OR INFORMATION ON APOM'S WEBSITE. TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS PROHIBITED, APOM'S SOLE OBLIGATION TO YOU FOR
DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.00.
8. APOM reserves the right to investigate
complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any
action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to the right to
block access from a particular Internet address to APOM's website.
9. This Agreement has been made in and
shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Maryland law. Any
action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate
United States federal or local courts with jurisdiction in Maryland.
10. Your use of APOM's website is subject
to APOM's Privacy Statement.
11. If any provision of these Terms of Use
is unlawful, void or unenforceable, or conflicts with the Terms of Use
then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining
provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
12. APOM reserves the right to change these
Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will
appear on APOM's website and are effective immediately. You are
responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of
APOM's website after any such changes constitutes your consent to such
changes.
