APOM Sent Mail and eMail
(effective 11/1/2007)

APOM sends mail and email on behalf of vendors who need to reach our members and colleagues.  Each email includes a hyperlink to your website. In addition, APOM's email delivery system tracks number of clicks on your hyperlinks so we are able to provide statistics for your campaign.

The frequency of these communications is limited to one per week.

The number of APOM members and colleagues (subscribers, vendors, and prospects) is approximately 6,000 (as of November 2007).  This number fluctuates throughout the year due to growth, attrition, and address and email changes. 

Pricing for mail or email is per transaction.


Flat fee for mail* or email

(about 18 cents per recipient)

Limited geographic region**
 
$0.25 per recipient plus $250 customization fee

(effective 11/1/2007)

 

*For mail, costs for printing, postage and preparation are paid by you in addition to APOM's fee.  Your prepared items are provided to APOM's mail house for addressing and mailing. 

**If you are interested in a limited geographic region, please ask for a quote.

In some cases we send emails free of charge, for example, to solicit respondents for a university or non-profit study related to office management. 

Please contact APOM to schedule space for your email campaign.  Space is limited and is scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
